Beef Salad
500g beef fillet or any cut)
1/2 red onion (red) sliced
1 tomato (normal) deseeded and sliced
1/2stalk celery
1/4 large cucumber deseeded and sliced
1/2 a head lettuce, shredded
Spicy Thai Dressing
1Tbsp (15ml) fresh chilli, chopped
1 Tbsp 15mnl) garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp (15ml) coriander, finely chopped
7 Tbsp (105ml) lemon juice
2 Tbsp (30ml) fish sauce
3 Tbsp (30ml) sugar
1 Tbsp (15ml) salt
Serves 4)
Grill the beef for 10 minutes and slice thinly once cooked. (this will give you rare beef)
Mix the salad ingredients together.
Mix all the salad dressing ingredients together in a blender.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
